This is to notify all members that the Annual Meeting of Mesilla Valley Shotgun Sports, Inc. will be held on Thursday, February 1, 2018, at 6:30 p.m., in the classroom building at Butterfield Shooting Range (note this is a change from normal meeting location because of hunter safety training conflict at game and fish building). Nominations are being sought for 2 directors for our Board. The directors whose terms are expiring are John Moen and Scott Gardenhire. The nominees must be members in good standing and willing to serve. Please email your nominations to MVShotgunSports@comcast.net by January 3, 2018. The end of our membership year is December 31, so those folks who have not paid their 2018 dues the time is now. You may pay your dues at the range, at Trophy Country, or mail a check to Mesilla Valley Shotgun Sports The Mesilla Valley Shotgun Sports Board of Directors met Monday evening, June 19, and unanimously approved the linked revision to the safety rules for servicing downrange traps. Instead, our hours of operation will remain as they are, 9:00 a.m. ’til Noon on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays throughout the winter months. |
