Your attendance is encouraged. This is to notify all members that the Annual Meeting of Mesilla Valley Shotgun Sports, Inc. The formal announcement including agenda and ballot for the Board of Directors election is available at http://mesillavalleyshotgunsports.com/wp/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/2020-annual-meeting-age I’ve added the dates and events from the calendar sent out on January 9 to the calendar at http://mesillavalleyshotgunsports.com/events/. Note that it only contains the events that have concrete dates (so the ones that simply specify the month they occur in are not included). The terms of Joe Fries and Mark Parmeter are expiring in February 2020. Nominations must be received by January 9, 2020. Nominees must be members in good standing and willing to serve.
