5-Stand

Due to the weather, the MVSS 5 Stand field will not be open this Saturday,  February 5. Instead, it will be open on Saturday, February 12.

For those of you who reload, Roseann Moen has donated to MVSS a large amount of empty hulls and some pre-primed hulls,  wads, shell bags and other miscellaneous items to whomever would like them. February/Annual Meeting Rescheduled for February 10

The regular and annual meeting of MVSS, scheduled for February 3, 2022 is being rescheduled for February 10, 2022 at 6:30 pm at the NM Game and Fish Department office on Northrise.

5-Stand

Mesilla Valley Shotgun Sports will open the 5 Stand field on Saturday,  January 8, from 9:00 AM until noon.

Range Closed 12/25 and 1/1

The trap and skeet ranges will be closed on Christmas (12/25) and New Year’s (1/1).

Mesilla Valley SCTP / High School Team Update

Mesilla Valley SCTP Team competed in the monthly High School / SCTP zone shoot in December. Sporting Clays this Saturday

The MVSS sporting clays field will be open this Saturday, November 20, from
9:00 AM until 12:00 PM.

New Director — Mike Smelker

In accordance with MVSS bylaws, Article IV, Section 1, paragraph c it was presented to each director to have Mr. Mike Smelker complete the directors term vacated by Mr. John Moen’s untimely passing. This term limit will end in February of 2024. It was a unanimous decision, four (4) affirmative votes (including myself).
