In accordance with MVSS bylaws, Article IV, Section 1, paragraph c it was presented to each director to have Mr. Mike Smelker complete the directors term vacated by Mr. John Moen’s untimely passing. This term limit will end in February of 2024. It was a unanimous decision, four (4) affirmative votes (including myself).
Mr. Mike Smelker has graciously accepted his position as a director. Welcome to the team.
