The minutes of the 2017 Annual Meeting, held February 2 2017, are available at http://mesillavalleyshotgunsports.com/wp/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/2017-annual-meeting-minutes.pdf This is to notify all members that the Annual Meeting of Mesilla Valley Shotgun Sports, Inc. will be held on Thursday, February 2, 2017, at 6:30 p.m., in the classroom building at Butterfield Shooting Range (note this is a change from normal meeting location because of hunter safety training conflict at Game and Fish building). Nominations are being sought for 2 directors for our Board. The directors whose terms are expiring are Joe Fries and Mark Parmeter. The nominees must be members in good standing and willing to serve. Please send an email with your nominations to mvshotgunsports@comcast.net by January 4, 2017. The end of our membership year is December 31, so those folks who have not paid their 2017 dues the time is now. You may pay your dues at the range, at Trophy Country, or mail a check to Mesilla Valley Shotgun Sports Dues remain [read more] It was decided at our monthly meeting November 3rd that we will not be changing to our normal winter hours. Instead, our hours of operation will remain as they are, 9:00 a.m. ’til Noon on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays throughout the winter months. Mesilla Valley Shotgun Sports will reimburse all expenses for one person willing to go and represent us at the Summit. We feel that we owe support to NMDGF for what they have done for our organization.
