The Sporting Clays venue will begin its 2018 season this coming Saturday, February 17, beginning at 8:00 a.m. It will continue on the third Saturday of each month through October (except September which will be on second Saturday). The shotgun range will be closed on both Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve except for a non-registered fun skeet shoot on New Year’s Eve. For details on the fun skeet shoot please contact Preston at 586-215-3060. The registered 4×50 skeet shoot lacked sufficient interest to hold the event.

Once you have obtained a class you never drop to a lower class but by shooting well obtaining a higher class is possible. You must declare you are shooting League round by placing your name on score sheet before shooting [read more]
It is time to start thinking about the winter skeet league starting January 1 thru April. Two person handicapped teams, only 4 rounds per month required, though you can shoot as many rounds in advance as you wish. If you don’t have a partner we’ll strive to find one for you. We want to thank the DAC 4-H and Bullseye youth that cleaned up all the trash at the range that was strewn about from the overflow of the large dumpster and our trash barrels being blown over on a couple of windy days. We at Mesilla Valley Shotgun Sports really appreciate your efforts.
