Our first trap club shoot went well even with the winds. We had 9 shooters, Fritz with a 48 didn’t notice the wind, other shooters suffered. We ended up with 5 shooters in D class (wind) 3 tied scores for class champion. In the ensuing shoot off at 27 yards sudden death Jerry Teufel prevailed on the second station a $35.00 winner. Fritz won A class and Dorothy Proffitt from El Paso won B class. We did not have any C class shooters. The shooters were from skeet, sporting clays, and trap venues.
