MVSS has 2 upcoming vacant positions for the board. Nominations were taken at the December and January meetings. As per MVSS bylaws a ballot election is to be conducted.
Article II Section 1: An annual meeting of the members shall be held in February of each year at a time and place to be determined by the Board. Notice of the meeting and an agenda along with a ballot will be communicated via written notice (hard copy or email) to the membership at least twenty one days in advance of the meeting. The ballots must be returned as specified in the notice at least five days prior to the meeting date.
Members should have received an email from Rick Richardson with a ballot. You may submit your ballot by responding to that email. Alternatively, you may print that email and mail it to
