As many are aware we lost a founding member of our club a few days before Christmas. Mike Slugaj was a competitive skeet shooter, for the fun of it trap shooter, and just a good guy at the range. One of his proudest accomplishments was the acknowledgment by NSSA of shooting 50,000 registered targets.
On Sunday February 18th at 9am please join us in a shotgun salute to Mike. We will provide 12 and 20 gauge ammo with buffered shot until we run out. The buffering will be Mike’s ashes as he wanted to be remembered as part of the range. Mike’s widow Irene will be there, many of you have seen her as a volunteer puller at some of our events.
